They take such good care of the families. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Very helpful with tips etc for building families. Very impressed with their service.

My daughter just called in to check the status on my grandsons prescription formula and Reggie (I’m so sorry if I’m spelling it wrong, it was hard to pick up on the car speaker) answered the phone was Awesome! From the moment she said hello until the moment she said goodbye she was amazing! So kind, professional and helpful. I feel like we should ALSO recognize and give reviews on the people that do good and not only when it’s bad people, bad service, someone not getting their way or their just mad! So I just wanted to say you Rock and thank you for what you do. I pray for you all during this Gov shutdown because if it wasn’t for people like you all these amazing moms out here that just need a little extra help wouldn’t get it. #babysearlesmimi 🥰

My son is autistic and I had an appointment this afternoon at the WIC office. He was overstimulated, overwhelmed and nothing was working to calm him down. He was so upset. The staff at this location was so kind to him. They brought him crackers, books, and even paper and pencils. And although it didn’t help much.. it was much appreciated. Being a parent of a child that has additional needs is a beast in itself but it was refreshing to experience such kindness from people who could tell that he and I were both just trying to get through the appointment. So, thank you. I am so grateful for the staff.. everyone from the front desk, to the ladies in the back, to the medical personnel, to the nutritionists. Everyone was amazing.

Multiple occasions of having a hard time. 20 minutes after they open, I tried to call two times in a row, went straight to voicemail. Both times saying that all lines are busy… No room to even leave a voicemail, because this is an important matter… a separate time i call to give them a prescription for formula that my peds requested for a specialty formula and the girl who was on the phone was rude about telling me wic won’t cover it.. explaining why and apologizing for the inconvenience would’ve been nice but all I got was “nope wic won’t cover that”

This facility needs a lot of work. Some of their staff also needs to be replaced. They are rude, inconsiderate, and slow working. I have been on the phone for the 20 minutes now, on hold. The phone has rang 4 times since I've tried to start this call and every time someone picks up to put me on hold .This is ridiculous. I just need to make an appointment. Plus when you get to the office the lady giving the vouchers is ALWAYS rude and talks to everyone as if they are stupid. Someone get a hold of this.
